  • Rehabilitation Based on Force Measurement

    When analyzing human motion, force information is one of the most critical parameters. Traditional postural sway meters, often used in rehabilitation settings, are based on integrated force sensors. Building on this principle, Tech Gihan has developed a specialized rehabilitation evaluation and intervention system that not only measures center-of-gravity movement but also provides real-time feedback by dynamically moving the floor surface in response to a patient’s balance control. This enables more interactive and adaptive rehabilitation, where patients can experience direct feedback through controlled mechanical responses.Wireless Force and Sensory Feedback Devices In addition to balance-related systems, Tech Gihan is also developing wireless grip-force sensors for rehabilitation evaluation and tactile feedback devices that provide real-time vibration feedback when touching objects. These systems are designed to enhance sensory recovery and motor coordination, offering new possibilities for next-generation rehabilitation approaches that combine force sensing, tactile stimulation, and real-time interaction.
